We purchased this Primary and Family Care Practice from another Physician a little over a year ago and we are growing at a remarkable rate.

In order to be considered for our organization you must:

● Live somewhere in the general location of upper Montgomery County like Rockville,   Gaithersburg, Montgomery Village, Germantown, Boyds, Clarksburg, Damascus, Olney etc.. Commuting from other parts of Montgomery County, Virginia, and Washington DC don’t work well with our location.

● Full time availability or part time availability with flexible hours and shifts

Full Time, Part Time, and On-Call positions for the following levels of professionals

  • Physicians…………………………..Primary Family and/or Urgent Care experience
  • Physician Assistants……………Urgent Care experience preferable
  • Nurse Practitioners…………….With both Primary and/or Urgent Care experience

Our staff positions include, but are not limited to:

Medical Assistant:  Must have graduated with certification from an accredited medical assistant program with the following requirement:

  • Six (6) months-two (2) years medical office experience, preferably from a high volume patient count practice
  • Be capable of working the front desk with a friendly smile in addition to giving direct care to patients
  • Computer literate and able to use medical oriented databases
  • Draw blood, administer shots, use EKG equipment etc.
  • Must be able to work flexible full-time and/or part-time hours

Receptionist: Must be an individual with outstanding customer service and communication skills. In order to be considered and to be successful you must

  • Maintain positive patient relations on a consistent basis
  • Utilize effective telephone communication
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Patient registration
  • Medical chart tracking>
  • Payment/co-payment collection
  • Routine duties associated with collection & maintenance of patient demographics
  • Insurance information maintenance


  • Working knowledge of insurances: HMO / PPO /Worker’s Compensation, computerized registration, billing and collection procedures
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in a medical setting. Typing accuracy with a minimum speed of 35 wpm
  • Ability to perform basic math computation
  • Basic computer skills

X-Ray Technician: Must have experience with administering prescribed diagnostic X-Rays.

  • Preparing patient room, equipment, supplies and contract media for general diagnostic imaging
  • Performing associated functions such as clerical duties & film processing certification
  • Performing medical assistant functions
  • Willing to cross train in-patient triage


  • An ARRT certification
  • Current Maryland state radiology license

Billing Coordinator:  Individuals with strong communication and customer service skills are required to succeed in this job

  • Coordinating billing related activities with front office and patients
  • Receiving phone calls
  • Pro-actively contacting patients to work out payment and insurance issues
  • Checking payments from insurance policies and individual patients against outstanding invoices
  • Performing data entry and other clerical duties


  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Minimum 2 years medical billing experience
  • Medical Manager Billing software training would be a definite plus
