Immigration Physicals

If you need immigration physicals to obtain a Green Card or Permanent Residency, you have come to the right place. Qualified physicians from Germantown Primary Care Associates and Medical Access are able to provide the necessary tests and vaccinations as well as perform the exam to help complete your application.

Set an Appointment

Only two physicians in our facility are accredited Civil Surgeons for immigration concerns; thus, you will need to first set an appointment before we can render the service. Call 301-528-7110 to set the appointment. Bear in mind that we might have a wait list but we can usually set your schedule within a day or two.

It is important for you to set your appointment on days you are sure you can come back after forty eight to seventy two hours after; this is for TB test results reading. You still have to fill out some paperwork, so make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes from your appointment to have these completed.
