Physicals & Vaccinations

Physical examinations and vaccinations, Germantown, MDAs a medical care center, we at Germantown Primary Care Associates (GPCA) also provide you with vaccinations and physical examinations; however, you have to set an appointment prior to your visit so we could provide you with the best attention for whatever service you might need.
We offer physical examinations for pre-employment, camps, school admissions, college students, and daycare providers.

We also offer the following specialized medical services:

DOT Physicals
If you need a CDL license, you get DOT physicals from our trained physicians.

Sports Physicals

If your kids want to join sports events, we can help you complete the necessary forms and perform physical/medical examinations.

Cardiac Evaluations

EKGs, ECHO cardiograms, and stress tests are offered at our clinic, providing you comprehensive cardiac evaluation; applicable to adults over forty years old.

Annual Physicals

As we get older, our body’s functions weaken or health concerns begin to appear. Prevention is better than cure; thus, you should consider obtaining annual physical examinations to check your systems. We provide clinical tests to fit your family history, gender, and age. What you decide on may depend on your insurance coverage and age but we recommend you obtain a comprehensive physical on a yearly or biennial basis. After the medical exams, we shall analyze your results and create proposals or guidelines you can follow to help improve your well-being.

Immigration Physicals

Medical Access PC’s Leonard Kassis MD and GPCA’s own Chief Medical Officer Dr. Manbir Takhar are licensed to perform Immigration Physicals. It is important that you bring proof of the immunizations you were administered in the past; if ever you need some shots, these will be provided at an added cost. The rates only include initial screening for TB, RPR testing, and the physical exam for the immigration physical.
